Lithographs

Lithography was said to invented by accident around 1796 in Germany by Bavarian playwright, Alois Senefelder, who used a grease crayon on smoothly ground limestone slabs and then printed with rolled-on ink. I had the privilege to take a 3 week limestone lithography workshop at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Maine and produced the following lithographs. The Stroll was in the Danforth Museum, Framingham, MA.  juried show, 2008.
